Dyno Day coming soon

Trying to organise a Big Dyno day, question is would it be better on a saturday or Sunday, we are not supposed to do sundays but parking wise its a lot easier, we want a large turnout and will do it as a charity day for Help for Heroes, we are hoping for a few diff forums and will try to get some products for a raffle, all proceeds going to help for heroes.

So Dyno day and BBQ Saturday or Sunday?????????

I guess its hard to please everyone, but we are open to suggestions for other charities, although im not sure one involving midnight car park inspections will be too high on the list.

You are right enough there Dude - you can't please all the people all the time eh? For what it's worth, I think the choice is a good one.

Heroes and Cancer Research are the ones I always give too - and the way I see it, lots of people do sponsored events on JustGiving.com for Cancer Research, so this event for Help the Heroes is brilliant.

Help for Heros seems like a great charity to support IMO. Dyno day and BBQ sounds like a great day out.

Would be up for it dude either day is as good and bad as the other just depends on date for me!

We are going to be doing a raffle of some services/parts with proceeds going to the charity. It looks like we have the seat and harness from the BMW Touring car off top gear that was driven by all of them and has been signed by Ben Collins, The Stig.

I was looking at SRR but would prefer a few people in the know to check everything safely for temps, overboosting etc so this sounds ideal.

Might be best for when the clocks go forward to make the most of it.

Im sure Ryan/Charlie are more than capable of checking the stuff above, if you think you have issues a dyno day is not the place to try and solve them vecause of the quick turnaround needed isf its just a reassurance of everything being ok then we can do that at the day no problem.

I'd definately be up for this John, as for Sat and Sun, i'd say go for whichever one makes the logistics of it easiest. Let the individuals worry about they're attendance. What sort of date did you have in mind? I'm going to be coming up to you at some point anyway, so i could easy come up the day before get my car sorted then dyno it on the day. Extra pair of hands to help set everything up in the morning that way if you need me.

As soon as the weather is slightly better, before easter bank holiday.

Weather seems to be improving, have you thought about a date for this yet. Would like to tie this in with my trip down to you if i can
