BPU Question

Think I know the answer but best to check

I test drove a BPU Auto today, it was making 0.9bar boost max on all 4 settings of the boost controller, it was making 1.1bar before I was told

Now the factors that could be effecting this in my mind are

1. The car had just been MOT'd and the cat was put back in,it was still in for the test drive

2. The RLTC was on WET and it was wet so it may have been cutting power although it did not feel like a power cut

3. The car has not run for several months and may need a service although this is not likely to cause a boost drop

The rest of the drive was great and I hope to own it very soon, just want some thoughts on the above

If RLTC was cutting in you would have known about it (bangs etc), the boost controller would have still logged max boost as whatever it read, so if it only read 0.9 bar chances are it only ever saw 0.9 BAR, I doubt it was the RLTC (no 2). No 3 is as you say unlikely, I would go with No 1
