Good mechanic Manchester area?

Does anyone know of a good mechanic who can service / set up / diagnose my car properly in the Manchester/North Cheshire area? I have not had much luck with dealers - i think all they do is change the oil and check the lights!

There's only one name you need - Chris Wilson in Shropshire (that's not too far from Manchester IIRC, anywhere north of Cambridge is foreign ground for me though!)
