Flocking group buy list with prices

Ok spoken to my mate that does the Flocking his name is Ash Jardine and the buisness he has set up is called Zenton Concepts he mainly does the flocking but he's also a fabricator working with glass fibre and carbon fibre too so eventually we may see a few parts becoming available but thats for another time.

This is a group buy for flocked interior parts in a range of colours all depends what you want.

here's the price list he mailed me and he also said that 5 buyers or more and he will give a 10% discount on the prices here and 10 or more will result in 15% discount.

Dash £150

Centre console £40

Dash panels £70

Doorcards £160

Roof £80

A pillars £50

postage will depend on what it is really and the size of the parts but as a rough guide a pair of doorcards should only cost approx £10.

He said his turnaround on these parts will be approx 4 days from reciept of the parts as the glue needs to set before it can go,larger parts like dashes can be done via courier but drop off and collection would be a better option due to size, delivery can be arranged if a few parts are in the same area.

Interesting...I know that your car has the whole interior, but would be good to see how it looks with say just the dash/centre console done!?

what does the dash panel price consist off? From the gear box surround to up and across to where the ignition barrel is? or is that the Dash and Centre Console?

the dash panels will go from the gear stick around to the ignition and will include window switches guys

Hey Rik, just a quick one...if you need spares dash boards, door cards etc etc..let me know as ive just had 4 new cars in....so to save waiting around for members to return theirs etc, you can do it on a exchange basis to turn them around quicker??

how long will this run for mate as i havnt got the car back yet will be about 2 weeks ish according to jurgen but up for some bits done i dont have a problem sending the money and then waiting for my car to come back.

im certainly in on this, what are we classing as window switches as im after the plastic part on the drivers door to be covered as well, think that cover the switches??

the part with the window switches on the top would be the part the surround that mounts to the doorcard is part of the doorcard

Are you able to find out how much it would cost to cover that bit, im after the dash and that part of the door card

im sure he'd do that instead of the switch panel dude

Will the flocking go straight over the rubber on the dash or will i need to strip it before sending?

Im looking for auto surround, all the heat/radio area/around the clocks and the window switch area.

Is the the £70 option.

yeah thats the dash panels fella Ash says leave the panels as they are if needed he will strip them so no work for you guys

I can imagine the finish being inconsistant with a kit like that.

Alot of patience, especially if it's a first try. Carbon wrapping is a headache as well!

The rubber finish will have to come off!
