carbon fibre white supra?? people views

im slowly gettin there with my supra and by summer next year im going to finish all performance mods i want and go to styling.

My idea would be as supra is now (white) have carbon fibre boot with carbon fibre TRD spoiler - roof wrapped in carbon fibre and bonnett carbon fibre?

anyone have any pictures or can photoshop one that may have the styling im after?

I asked similar Q's a while back, go to SupraForums, make an account and go to members rides. They sort by colour on there, click on white and just have a look through. There's loads of white supes on there in diff styles.

Think it would look alright, though it would be quite marmite like.

Depends how you got the roof done in my opinion.

If the TRD spoiler blade and the bonnet are true carbon then you wrap the roof in just vinyl, then its going to look a different colour (dull too) when compared to the glossy spoiler and bonnet.

Yea - in my head it looks good lol - but i dont wont to do it and think 'omg its way over the top and makes the car look chavy'.

Would be quite hard to wrap a supra roof and make it look good as it does not have any defining lines/joins where the roof stops and the rear wing starts

If it's vinyl, then I think it will look a bit stupid as it will just look wrong and not match with any of the other bits of carbon.

I think it would look pretty good with the roof still in white. Are you going full carbon TRD or half? I'm installing my Half Carbon TRD in January then poss a carbon bonet after if you want to look at mine before you do yours? The bonet isnt for definate yet as the stock bonet it white does look very nice ive got to say.

Ill either go carbon bonnett/roof + tailgate/spoiler - ive seen one supra with the roof done and cant find the photo and it looks good and matches the TRD style spoiler.

If not and i cant find a good enough match or ive gone off the idea similar styling as the pic below with top secret style rear diffuser and carbon fibre front splitter.

I thought about doing my aero roof. I cant see how you would get a nice line to finish on.

I wouldnt touch the roof, you will tear it all off after a few months. It may look like cf on photo, But you will be able to tell the difference in person without a doubt..

im with 3ll think the roof will look wrong where will the finishing line be where it meets the top of the rear window .i know you could put a nice chrome strip there

Well my car is red and i have black carbon wrap on the wing mirrors - bonnet - spoiler - and from tomorrow the roof.

I will put some pics up once its done so you can all slag it off

I've gone white an carbon, I think it looks ace, but with all modified cars always get positive an negative feedback!

ive been thinking of getting some carbon too today,

i have a white supra, was thinking of the vented carbon bonnet, and carbon TRD wing,

but not sure if would go with my white wheels, maybe id have to do those bronze?

Here you go guys. Here's mine as it is now. White with carbon bonnet, spoiler blade bumper centre splitter. May go for a carbon roof too but unsure yet.
