hi all, i used to own a 5 speed na and loved the quick shifts and the car in general

due to changes in circumstances ive since changed cars and am hoping to get back in the supra game in 2 years.

ive never looked at auto cars before as they've never interested me but maybe would consider an auto supra if given feedback from auto drivers. i.e. still get that off the line enjoyment? etc.

also im not sure whether to buy an na to keep for years and look to convert eventually, or just to buy a turbo or twin turbo and enjoy it straight away.

any help/tips/advice woould be great as i really dont know what to do.

wouldnt mind driving an aerotop too but not a necessity

I have a TT-Auto and love it! Never thought that i would own an auto car as always driven manual cars, however i must say that when you plant your foot it keeps going and going and going, depending on how much road you have ;).

If your having a spirited drive you can use the manu mode which works quite well, slowly getting used to it?

I recon the VVTI versions with the Flappy Paddles would be better?

Mine was an auto and could have stayed that way if it was my only car but it's my weekend car and when I drive it, I want to REALLY drive it, not let it drive me ;)

Now that I have converted mine I'd never go back but at the time I was content with it.

I'd love the Supra auto box fitted in my runaround though, compared with others I have driven it was great and perfect around town!
