Anyone tried these wiper blades??

No experience of those particular ones, but there are a lot of cheap poor quality aero wiper blades available now, which are poorly designed and the material they are made from make them very flexible in the wrong direction.

I use to use these Neo blades on my car, best wiper blades I've ever used, very smooth, clean really well and they are profiled not to lift at speed.

Don't get sucked in by the fact that that ebay advert states they are Supra wiper blades. All wiper blades come with a variety of different fittings, one of which will fit the Supra.

The Bosch aero wiper blades work well.

I'd be interested to see how the washer jet incorporate into the wiper blades.

I have the aero wipers as well on my Supe which makes it look a whole lot better! Pretty good in the wet too.

imi - Do you have any close up pictures by any chance?

I ordered some recently to pass my MOT (no washers fitted at all otherwise).

Got them from storm wipers also. My initial thoughts were they are crap quality, everything is plastic, no metal arms and the whole thing feels flimsy, those are also my current thoughts ;)

Fitting is not so bad, they come with ties and most of the bits you need (I needed a T splitter) tubing etc. They look a little crappy with tie wraps on them but gets you out of a bind.

I ran the tubing through the wiper holes and under the scuttle to the right side.

Actually using them though I have to say they are pretty good. I was expecting a nice fan spray of water which it doesnt really give you but the coverage is actually pretty good and an improvement over the original jets.

In short, good performance, crap looks (in my opinion of course).

BTW I'd suggest fitting longer length wiper blades than the stock. I *think* I use to run 22" on the drivers side 20" on the passenger side and 22" on the rear, they fitted fine and cleared a much larger area. I think those lengths are correct but it was a few years ago now so best double check fitment when buying.

I just dont like how it looks, the tubing can be a bit tricky to conceal as it has to travel the length of the wiper arm and whilst you can tuck the tube under some of it you have to have it zip tied to flatter bits further down where you dont want to squeeze the tubing but also want it held in place.

Make your own mind up by all means but hmmm, functional but doesnt look good in my opinion, just hope it gets through the MOT. :)

On an unrelated note, wasn't there some guy who was going to fabricate carbon scuttle panels? Anyone know what happend to that? Starting to look a bit tired.

Cheers for the Photo's :)

I don't like the zip ties very much :( Is it possible to feed the pipe through the spring on the inside of the arm or, wrap the zip ties around the spring so that they are hidden, I don't have my car at the moment so I can't look to see if that's possible?
