brake pads on a bugit

hello all.

after toasting my brakes its time for some new pads.

i run the 4 pot lexus ls 400 calipers on the front.

now, i know budgiting on brakes is not a good idea, but after repairing some other parts and paying a deposit on a house im a bit skint.

i did want the chris wilson race pads but i cant afford them at the moment and ill be using the car for an auto test on the weekend.

iv managed to scrape up about £75 for a set of front pads and the car spends 80% of its running time on a track or corse of some sort so any reccomendations would be good

thanks

I do some fast road pads for these calipers, but I need a year of origin or a pad outline to supply the right ones. I can do them within budget. Race pads are well outside budget I am afraid.

Problem solved, unless you fancy running Greenstuff pads :rlol::rlol:

Front pads from toyota cost me around £50 ish, for a non turbo, worth getting a price, if its not far of your budget go for them, no point cheaping out and risking it:) i was told to stay clear of ebc as they wear quick on the heavier cars, so i did:)

They should be a lot better than what you have, as we agreed, it's worth a go before forking out for expensive race pads. Just fire over the photo when you get chance, thanks for the call. I was expecting you to sound Welsh ;)

lol i thaught i did, how did i sound? , i havent had a chance to get the pads off yet , works been a bit busy but as soon as i get 5 mins ill take some pics
