Bend clutch plate

Yesterday when pulling off my gearbox, one of the clutchplate fell off the "mainshaft" the very moment I pulled the box out, and got squeezed in between the box and block, resulting in one of the "pucks" getting approx 30 degrees bend.

Question is, is it any good trying to straighten it again? If not, can I replace just the one disc, or do I need to replace both discs at once.

(It's an Exedy hyper twin)

Hi Chris

I've tanken a few pics off the clutch plate that didnt get bend. Would you say it could be used in conjunction with a new one (I'd suspect not)
