Opinions on colours for my wheels please

Hi guys an gals. I'm currently painting my Work equip wheels. They are dark grey with chrome lips, but the chrome is bad and I fancy a change.

I'm doing the lips in gloss White, but am unsure what colour to do the centres.

I'm thinking either darkish grey again, or maybe some sort of calsonic blue. But not sure if that will go with a white car. Any suggestions will be considered as I'm confused.

Anyway here are the pics.

As much as i wanted to hate this when i read the first post this is gonna look epicly good.

Kinda like the whitewall tyres. I can imagine some ye-oldie photos when this is done being fantastic

And leave the centres satin black or something

I would get them powder coated, a very bright blue like this would look superb

May take awhile. Prep on the first wheel has taken a week on lunch breaks. Had to fill and sand the lips down massively to get a nice smooth finish.

I can't quite decide whether to do the centre blue, the lip blue or the whole wheel

This is when you need photoshop, ive tried doing it in paint but it looks crap lol

how about all white with blue bolts around the rim and blue wheel nuts

UPDATE! I'm going for red bull blue for the centres! Kind of like a anodised looking blue!! I thought at the end of the day, I love drifting, I would like to be different and I think it might look cool with some other blue touches! :)

Should have done a red lip and white centres, if you must do the white lip, theres no other options but white or black for it to look good.

blue??!!!!

Well I had to do a coloured rim as the chrome had faded and some rims had scuffs and small dents. So I sorted those out! White seemed a good option and looks tight. I'm going for the drift look so black rims are too plain and boring. Plus the wheels have been gunmetal for 2 years. So I thought I'd try blue and it looks nice so far. Going for blue or orange rim tape on the white!

They are lovely and rare rims, so Make me an offer on the wheels!?
