Left rear knocking...

I've just noticed a knocking from left rear when going over bumpy bits. All wheel nuts are tight and I can't see anything obvious around suspension (although i'd not know what I'm looking for anyway).

Last time I had the wheels off, the rim would not spin freely, but I could turn by hand so the caliper was a little tight but not fully seized so I didn't do anything with it. Not sure if that may be related but there is no rubbing sound and the disc doesn't seem to be wearing so I'm guessing it's not an issue yet.

Anyone have any suggestions?

could be shocks. they somtime get abit knocky when worn.

had it on my supra and a another car i had before that. the brake rotors will normally be stiff aslong as you dont need to use excesive force to move the the rotors it should be ok. The pads stay in constant contact with the rotors thats why there wont spin freely
