1995 Supra Storm

Has anyone heard of of a Supra Storm apparently it was only made in 1995. It only came in storm blue, was a special edition fitted with Rays Eins Kahn 2 wheels which could not be purchased new for any other car.Other features included Do Luc front bumper & a few other mods. Any info would be much appreciated.

Never heard of it... you sure you're not thinking about a Corrado or Scirocco Storm?

No way a factory car was produced with do luc bumper and rays wheels. Do the other mods include neon washer jets

Yep, VW Corrado Storms were sold during 95/96.

No actually someone offered me a grand for the wheels on my supra he asked if i knew what they were, then told me me about this supposed special edition,.

checked out the wheels they are Rays Eins Kahn2 18x9 but cant find anything about the car

Exactly what i thought, but my car came straight from Japan in 2007 with these wheels on, it did have a different front bumper on it but i changed it to stock, cant find any photo's of when i got it,so thought i would check it out got nothing better to do at mo

Yes im well aware of that having searched the japanese auctions for a year, but as i said earlier a chap reeled it off about a 95 SE he obviously knew something about the wheels that i didnt, so hence the post.Makes no difference to me what it is just thought i would ask if anyone knew or heard of them, would be kind of funny if only one chap in the UK was right (or complete nutter)

The only Special Edition I'm aware of is the "15th Anniversary, Limited Edition" where cars in 1997 were badged up with this for the USDM. They had a small plate on the front wheel arch. I can't remember of any others.....?

im only aware of 2, the one you mentioned & also i think they did a SZ special edition but i think they took things away rather than added, that also was UDSM

There was also a model designation SZ-11 in Japan that got the Recaros that were standard in RZ's and options on RZ-S and SZ-R's according to the 1999 brochure shown on the NZ website but no other info as to the full specs though
