Ricky49 Precision Billet 6765SP Single Turbo Conversion Build

Finally the time has come for my Supra to have its single conversion done at SRD.

After about a year and endless pm's to LeeP, JamieP and Paul Whiffin I have decided on a turbo and kit.

At present the car is a TT6 BPU running in TTC mode which was done at SRD. Car's existing spec can be seen here

All work will be carried out by LeeP of SRD and his good lady will get roped in to give him a lift

1680cc fuel injector with pigtails

Twin feed fuel rail

Twin Walbros going in on PHR quad hanger

SRD braided fuel lines

Stage 3 RPS clutch with street disc

HKS turbo kit with HKS II 60mm wastegate

Syvecs ecu with 3.5 map sensor

HKS Ti Exhaust

Also a engine bay clean up with some polish bits added

Lee collects the car on the 12th September

Just created room for the caddy parts to land mate.

Give it 4-6wks and she will live mate.

Great spec of nice goodies there & a top man fitting it all going to be another amazing performance supra when all done & looking forward to reading the whole project.

Hopefully thread will get moved to project cars as this is going to be another great conversion.

Been speaking with Lee today I could be doing the fuel system aswell in this visit to SRD just waiting for Jens to reply from Injector clinic.

Looking to go with 1680cc injectors, twin feed rail -6AN and line so its ready for the next stage for next year.

Will be ordering some 1680cc injectors, fuel rail and pigtails this weekend from Injector Clinic so it will be ready for next years plans.

Which means my Sard 800cc high imp injectors that I bought for this build are forsale £500 delivered.
