headlights and speakers

hi

can anyone help with my headlights i what to get refurbed does anyone know who does them and also i want to uprate my speakers wot sizes will go in the door and in the back

Ehat are u talkin about?? I followed it and everything was fine, but one bit of advice 5 mins at 100c will do it!!!

yeah not too long in the oven i made that mistake with the first set, brought more and so not to melt them again i used a hairdryer worked well and no mistakes

That isn't following the guide step by step then is it?

I posted in the thread you linked to after someone burned their lights. 200C is a ridiculous temperature to have plastic lights in at. 80-120C does the job just fine with varying times for different temps. I wouldn't put plastic lens J-Specs in at any more than 100C.

I wouldn't put them in the oven, use a hairdryer or heat gun. Does the trick

I have done loads of sets, 120 - 140 degrees for 5 mins is plenty of time.

Biggest thing is variation the ovens thermostat, and they all vary hugely, sometimes by up to 40c, but because when u use a oven everyday you get used how long things takes to cook rather then going by what the knob is turned to.

If I'm honest., I would use a hair dryer next time around!
