Skirt Quandry?

I hadn't planned to..... but came across a set of genuine OEM skirts and spats in almost the right colour.

Now i'm not so sure?

Ground clearance is compromised and I'm not sure it would cope with a drive across Eastern European roads.

I have three options.

1. Leave as is?

2. Colour code front lip and active spoiler?

3. Remove and go back to stock?

What do you think?

Yep I can see them now. Before all I could see was two blue boxes with question marks in the middle.

I think the stock skirts look fine and I don't think there is any need to colour code the lip. It might be worth giving it a new coat of black paint just to make it look a little fresher though.

P.S. If you do decide to get rid of the skirts let me know

I realy like them.

They are fitted upside down, and the form matches the rear vents perfectly.

There is no reasoning or excuse, it's just wrong imo..(and a little bit chavy)

Get those mini vents off and just paint the lip.

Question. Are you using the side lights built into the headlamp as an indicator?

Yes,

and the LED's in the Angel Eyes are utilised as side lights, with 4,300 HID's main and dip in glass headlamps and in the spots.

I can now see where I am going.

OEM side skirts, Change the front bumper for a Do luck and sell me your front lip:

Only Joking, keep it as it is. The mini bits don't work for me but keep them if they make you happy because cars are a matter of personal taste:cool:

Personally I prefer it without the OEM skirts, it looks cleaner and sleeker. Also echo the comments about the mini indicators, they really do not work.

bmw not mini lol, how the hell they could tarnish the name of the mini with those monstrosities I have no idea.

Buy a numberplate holder and a proper numberplate.

Respray/clean/freshen the lower lip and spoiler

Get some standard repeaters.

Lose or keep skirts, let the poll decide.

Keep the skirts, paint the bottom of the bumper but leave the active spoiler alone. You should end up with something like this
