Hi,

Some of you may remember me from a couple of weeks ago, I was thinking about getting a supra from Bolton. Well to cut a long story short I went up there, had a good look, following the advice given to me on here, and went ahead and bought it. I'm back down in Tidworth now and so far I've had no problems at all, she drives really well. So Its just aesthetic problems that I'm working on to begin with. Well here she is anyway:

As you can see there's a dent which shouldn't be too much of a problem for my dent puller once I get round to it! And them bloody decals have left a shadow behind, but I'll be getting a respray once I get to Germany anyway, so not too bothered about that.

Welcome to the domain of supra ownership!

Looks a good project (sure you will get a million comments on remove the spoiler & front bumper so await the barrage lol) Good to see you took the tat graphics off of it as a good start, are you going to remove the rear decals as well or are they staying on??

What is the next step you have in mind dude?

I quite like the body kit personally, so I think that will be staying on there. I still need to get rid of the decal on the back but it's reeeeeally tough! And after that I'll be getting a respray done once I'm in Germany. I'm lucky enough to have a friend over there who owns a spray shop so I'll just have to pay for materials, and i'll do the prep myself. haven't decided on a colour yet. Want something original, but not chavvy, so any suggestions would be appreciated!

The bonnet looks misaligned, did the seller say its been off before?

Good luck with your new project :)

The bonnet thing was a bit weird actually. At first I couldn't figure out why it was like that. but then I took it in my hands while it was up and just pulled down on the left and up on the right slightly and then put it down and it was straight, as you can see in the last few pics. I think someone probably just had it propped open in the wind and it had bent slightly. There's no structural damage or anything.
