Hi Piston, these are the ones I have seen :) I have watched the videos also but they only show how to install on a dash when the old ones have already been removed. I just wanted to make sure these old ones just pop off with a little elbow grease and arent bolted/screwed on somewhere before I undertook the work.

Thanks for the feedback guys......p.s this forum is awesome!!!!!

Hope to meet some of you guys soon.

Get the ones from ebay, and watch the youtube instruction videos on how to fit them.

They do just clip on, but they can be a b'stard sometimes.

Yea I remember fitting mine, one kept popping off whilst driving along! Got to do it all again now cause it's been flocked.

I can recommend the ebay ones to (Greg @ The Tuning Shop) Just watch the videos, all you need to do is roll them slightly with a biro. But best to try fitting them first, roll them a bit and try again, if still lose roll a bit more and try again. Rather than roll them too much and find they are to tight to fit properly.

Piston Yours is the look I am going for, and may I say they look sweeeeet! ;) Thats it you've made my mind up, its off to Ebay to place my order with Greg at the Tuning Shop for the whole set. (Dials, Air vents, Cigarette Lighter etc.) Also Piston....I see you have removed your stereo. Mine has a single din stereo in at the moment with a large space underneath, I assume you have a double din system? If so did you fit this yourself and did it just fit right in or did it require a bit of effort/trim to be removed? As im looking at upgrading my headunit to a double din with Sat-Nav/DVD/7" monitor but dont wanna splash out if it wont fit. :)

Thanks in advance for any info guys.

I've not got my double din screen yet, but that's what the plan is. Some double dins fit the space fine, others are slightly too big for the front dash trim to go over. I think its to do with the design of each individual unit. Some units are designed to sit flush with the dash, others are meant to protrude a little. The ones that protrude will more than likely mean that the dash hole has to be trimmed top or bottom so it slides over the moniter.

My plan is to get the moniter to sit completely flush with the dash, this may mean drilling holes in the side mounting brackets, either in front or behind the existing ones to makes the unit sit further in or further back.
