Hi there,

found this forum while looking for some answers, and will be trawling the search function asap ;).

I have gained a 1994 Mkiv twin turbo import through a mate, it's got a few mods (none of which I know much about) and a few problems (typical!!)

Can I ask some advice?

Is the Blitz SBC faulty if occasionally the unit clicks/knocks rapidly with the ignition on? (it also knocks occasionally while 'on boost' - not all the time).

Sometimes the car feels 'quick', other times it seems to be holding back - plenty of boost, just no 'go' if you get where I'm coming from? (this may be relevant to the speed of applying the throttle? - Seems OK if the throttle is rolled on progressively)

Set up of the Blitz boost ecu, does anyone have a manual? The unit doesn't have a model code on it but it has a fair few functions: Boost/Chassis dynamics/Pressures (Oil/fuel etc)/Temps (Oil/Coolant etc)/ AFR and lots more, the majority aren't used though ;) - cheap install??

De-limit? The car cuts dramatically at 120 - just as it gets into it's stride!! First time I thought it had died, luckily not!!

Does anyone know the car? A forum like this I would think someone knows someone who knows someone ;)
