Some of the older members will remember this car well, i am now the new owner:)

 

This is a very famous car that been in many magazines including Jap Performance/ Fast car/ Banzai

 

With the Help of SupraAsh i picked it up from Joe today and had it sent to SRD to give it a good going over and get ready for Ryan's return to map it.

 

After Joe had an accident in it he spent a small fortune having it re-shelled then lost interest in it when he had trouble getting it in reverse and it sat untouched for about 3 years.

 

The car has a superb spec and i plan on getting it back to its stunning former glory:cool:

 

Exterior:

• Painted Lamborghini Diablo Orange

• Do-Luck rear spoiler

• Do-Luck front nose / spoiler

• Veilside side skirts

• Veilside wheel arches

• Abflug Bonnet

• 18” Advan RS Alloys

• Gibson retrim, OEM seats covered with orange Alcantara centres, white leather sides and black leather piping with Supra logo stitched into the headrests.

Did a fantastic job of recreating it :)

 

Only change that stands out for me is the spoiler.

 

Good compromise with your car collection now, no need to worry about the exterior modding bug anymore :D

Im well happy with it, the bodywork is truly stunning.

 

Spoiler is the same one it has always had.:)

Really? I thought when CJ had it it was a TRD.

 

Maybe getting mixed up with a different one. Looks cracking. I'm bias on the styling though :D

So what's the history been since the re-shell Jamie? I remember Turbofit doing the work, and was it KR that did the body? What about after then?

 

Yes mate, Turbofit reshelled it with Joes help, knightracer did the bodywork, and now SRD will be making sure everything is as it should be.

 

This car will be 100% when finished no matter what it costs.

After its finished, is the idea then to sell it or?

 

Not sure yet, im going to enjoy it for a bit and make sure its 100% before i decide to do anything, just seemed a shame to let it rot and i love a nice project car.

So has it literally been doing nothing but sitting since the KR and TF work?

 

After its finished, is the idea then to sell it or?

 

Well, Jamie would have one super fast road car and one stunning cruiser.... best of both world so keep :cool:
