Definitely lots of drag, I don't know about the wind though... is the glass removed? If it is that is just insanity and asking for your car to be stolen. Not that it's hard to get into a supra but leaving a massive gape at the side of your car to allow a nice length of welding wire in there is just asking for trouble lol.
