now i know the rear tyres rubbing are a common problem but have seen with these tyres on a 18", they slightly rub at the front to

now would it be ok to run on these, this is what im thinking of fitting to them

front - 225/40

rear - 255/30

i know but lots of other have and i kinda like the look of lower profiles:D id hate to get the tyres then find out they rub, so would rather get the lowers first time round, just want to know if theyll be safe for a supra?

235/40 and 265/35 should be perfectly fine on 18", if you're getting rubbing your wheel offsets are wrong or your suspension ridiculously low.

I'm currently running 245/40 and 275/35 and no rubbing.

ah ok, only seen this post, well how come other people have smaller tyres on their rear rota and get rubbing? are the rota gtrs offsets dodgy or something?
