Yeah, but the TRL box does that too. I think!

The TRL unit can make it read in Miles FROM NOW ON

but it can't alter the KMs already registered back to their Imperial equivalent.

i.e. If the Odo is displaying 100,000 Kms the TRL unit can't change it to 62,140 miles

I might be wrong but I think this is what Jurgen wants.

A guy I recommended to a friend - he's in the back of the Autotrader if you've got it?

Paul - check the autotrader mate for "Digital Dash Correction" normally a few mobile guys that to it. The supra tool is generic to other toyotas Im told so most should have in there kit.

The odo cannot be corrected by a normal digital correction service as it is a pulse unit and as such has to be done by a specialist in-house as it takes some time , i have a guy who can do this , if you need to PM me .

There's a chap up in Whitchurch who is *very* good at ODO correction.

You can go to him or he can come to you. £60/80 (can't remember) if you go to him, £80/100 if he comes to you.

On my Alfa, he pulled out the dash, took it into his caravan (was having new house buit!), and came back 3 minutes later with it reading what I'd asked for.

Said he'd even managed to get a few thousand of the new 'unavailable' chips that are used in the latest BMW's. Really knew his stuff :D

(can you tell I was impressed ?)

But as dude says, the Supra is a pule unit. Firstly you have to reset it to 0 and then start injecting the pluses to increase it. Somone told be a couple of years ago it takes something like 1 day per 10,000 miles to count up.
