Thinkibg about using the spare j spec headlight to do this just for trackdays.has anybody else done this with a port or would u just take the headlight out?

What about a custom made cool box like kevin huntleys?

Taking the headlight out works pretty well, see! I don't recon fabricating something to channel the air right up to the filter will make much of a difference. Anyone know for sure?

I think the advantage of the custom cool boxes is to prevent heat from the fan being directed at the filter more than getting more cold air in, although they do do that as well, but not as well as no headlight.

This is really only intended for drag racing so drag isn't the real issue and removing the headlight has been proved to work on bigger power cars. We have a price but we are also selling this via Boost Logic in the states so we need to release the final price in conjunction with them. PM for mor info or ballpark cost.
