Odometer readings

depends how the converson is done and where the convertor is put in the circuit.

My last car had a Thor converter, which has a KM output and a MPH out put, so MPH to the clock, KM to the ODO. Current car had a new ODO which was brought up to the correct reading, then has Miles reading going to it so it says MILES instead of KM and has the correct number.

A lot of supras have a split, so they read KM up to the figure when the converter was fitted then they clock in miles after that. So if the car had 10,000km on the clock, then converter fitted, driven for 5,000miles....the reading would say 15,000km of which 5,000 would be miles. If you get what I mean.
