Not the people that have my Supra but the other one. They basically had some ten year old work experience changing the tyre on the Supra and lost the locking nut. He swears he gave it back, He didnt as it would of been where we allways put it. If they refuse to sort the problem (Get the locking nuts off and replace them) is there anything i can say to them to get them to sort it? Any thing like trading standards i can threaten them with?

Get the garage to pay for one of these

as the kit says 'As used by the AA'

Get the AA to come and remove the nuts on your car, get some new locking nuts....give the garage the bill.

Cheers, I think its going to be possible to get them removed by the garage who has my Supra so i will bill the garage who lost the nut for hers.

They'll remove one, if they can, to change a wheel when broken down, but they won't do all four for you.
