Steering wheel questions

I've bought a Momo wheel from a mate. It used to be on his Imprezza and it's still got the Imprezza boss fitted to the wheel. I don't suppose there's any chance that the boss will fit a 93 JSpec Supra, anybody know for sure?

Where's a good place to get a boss for my car?

Do I need a Supra one or generic Toyota one or what?

And how do I remove the existing steering wheel from my car? Does the plastic cover just pull off and the I undo the big nut ?

Anything else I need to know before starting this?

Thanks guys

Do you have an airbag? Cruise?

If no airbag/cruise theres a screw at 6 o'clock that needs outing, then the centre pops off. 19mm nut to take the wheel off.

You need a supra specific hub.......

I have one available for 20quid, but you will need to do a little modification ( search for momo and a post by Randy)

Or you can buy a hub from one of the usual suspects for mod free fitting

NB the hubs from Tweeks/Harrys are the same the one I have for sale

BTW didn't get round to posting the dash bit ......... bear with me , I'll get round to it!

Thanks for the replies guys. I'd prefer a boss that I don't have to mod really.

CJ, did the one from Paul E require any modification? If so I miight as well buy the one from Matt.

Matt, I haven't got airbags or Cruise Control on my car. No worries about the dash part, there's no panic for it.
