its the sandwich plate that is a pita, id personally go remote on the oil filter at the same time

You would still need to put a temp sensor in the take off plate, or you won't get a correct reading!

Hi. Im not good at mechanics... whats going remote??

Where is the corekt placing of a oil temp sensor??

Thx!

If you want accuracy then the sump is probably the most realistic location, but if your not over worried than go for a sensor in the sandwich/take off plate.

I just gave my garage the sandwich plate and sensors (had pressure and temp put on at same time) and they charged me 3 hours labour, so depending on how much you wanna spend, you can get someone else to do it for ya!!
