petrol flap fek up

just a quick one everyone.when i bought the car the arial was broke so while it was in getting the alarm and immobiliser done the lad told me he would also do the arial free of charge,thanx i thought but when i got the car back and went to put some fuel in the little lever inside the car wouldnt open the flap,lucky i had a driver in the boot and i took the plastic trim off inside the boot and manually opend the flap,is there a cable that opens the flap??is there a fixing i cant seem to see anything,he musta knocked it when doing the arial.

the remote also controls the air con and radio

 

What soops have that then mate? I have a facelift and it has a cable, and a non facelift I've looked at has a cable, wouldn't of thought an option would be to have anything else.

i was an option on silver facelift cars something like £500 option also has a warning buzzer to tell you cap is open and the talking fuel computer was another option
