I missed the Sumo power day because i had a "ferrari challenge" booked

was good to get into some dream cars but being an "experience" they dont really let you have much fun :( plus you dont get alot of time in each car :(

even still was fun, the Lambo instructor really let me have fun and even encouraged me the others said i was a little aggressive on the gear changes cos i had the ferrari spinning its wheels lol

Drove:

Sti 300bhp

Lambo 500bhp+?

Ferrari 360 450bhp?

Porsche GT3 380bhp? (great handling but wasnt allowed to test it)

Lambo was amazing handling, pure grip 4wd so understandable - was encouraged to push it so i did

Ferrari had by far the best response, they have balanced it amazingly if only they let me have more fun :innocent:

anyone else done anything similar?

Always wanted to do one but I have been put off by negative comments regarding them. I honestly haven't read a positive review, it is always "it was ok, could have been allowed to roam a little more free" type comments.... like yourself.

I'd rather give my Supra the beans to be honest :)

cornering is only in 3rd

(lambo instructor let me drop second)

& you are not allowed over 5k i was changing just after 6k rpm hehe

To someone who has driven 1.0 - 2.0 cars all the time (nothing fancy either), they will fin these days extremley exciting! Though with the power we are running on BPU Supra's we not far off from Super performance hence it does not feel as good. Mainly because we can not really drive the cars, 1st full throttle...chances are they will crash them & they need the engines to last hence why they don't want a bloke who normally drives a Type R bouncing the rev limiter on a F430.

Expensive but the best way to experience these cars are through hiring them & then doing a long drive!
