It started it's life as a TT auto. But I'm now converting it to a 6 speed single turbo. Specs: Wiffbitz turbokit with PT 6765 billet .81 800cc Sard injectors braided fuel hose to remove pulsation damper adapter to fit aftermarket fpr on stock fuel rail FPR Bosch 044 fuel pump Southbend DXD Dual Friction Clutch with extended push rod Vipec v88 stand alone + 5 bar map sensor, IAT and knocksensor (plug nd play kit) Custom FMIC (ducted) 4 inch blitz exhaust PLX afr/wideband Greddy boost gauge I'm aiming for about 600 to 650 bhp.. Exterior: Top secret front bumper Trd wing forgot the name of the side skirts.. As Jamesy said I reckon around 650+ with than setup. I want to get used to the new setup/gearbox. So a low boost map at first. Luxluc Posted March 9, 2010 Share Posted March 9, 2010 Roel, your 800cc injectors (on stock fuel rails) might struggle to get 650 bhp. Have a look at JamieP's project thread ... Guest Roel Posted March 19, 2010 Share Posted March 19, 2010 Luc, 650 bhp should be possible. Although it will be at it's limit indeed. I've got all the supporting mods.. Bosch 044 pump, fpd removal, aftermarket fpr. We'll see But with the stock cams, I don't think it'll be anywhere near 650 bhp, more like 550-580 bhp max. Now thinking about Titan 264 cams.
