fisherjohn
Just wondering if anyone else on this board has got the AEM EMS fitted in their Auto TT. Would appreciate swopping any fault finding or problems encountered etc. Rgds John F

Wez
Hey John, How did you get on with that map?
fisherjohn
Hi Wez, At present just took all the seats out except drivers seat ready for refurbishing, all packed in van ready for off to workshop, quite surprised only 40 minute job. Anyone reading that's all seats front and rear silver leather centres black side panels in leather centre silver panels stitched in black at seams red supra logos on front seats. Centre console covered in leather and handbrake. Price quoted to me 750 / 800 tops all in reckon that is cheap. Back to map wez, rcvd it and in disk in my pocket, the clicking noise i am sure now you are right, about to plug in my boys laptop and try to solve the problem, will send you an answer so long as i can find correct connection lead or it might have to wait until tomorrow morning. Ian C
John, is that that crazyass clicking noise I heard when I met you a couple of weekend ago that you are referring to? What's the suspected cause and fix? -Ian
Wez
His map was configured for the GM boost solenoid which operates at a different frequency to the stock, I corrected the settings in Johns map and emailed it back to him for testing. FYI the stock one runs at 15hz. I also disabled the WG feedback as John is not using the AEM to control boost as he has an external boost controller. Hopefully thats fixed the anoying clicking sound.
