Anyone had any dealings with this company which is advertising on E**y item number 180462118707

I am thinking about putting this unit into my NA Auto, is it a good deal or am I better going TT. Don`t want to sell my Supra as I only paid £2500 for it last year.

Have a search around the forum, you'll find the general consenus is buy a tt.

However have you looked into a TT transplant? Can be had for around 2500 and alot more reliable than the NA-T option.

If your set on keeping the car, i'd think about a TT conversion instead.

Even if you go the NA-T route you'll probably get used to it and crave more power. the TT engine is a better base for you.

TBH I wouldn't touch this engine with a barge pole. IMO you are best off looking for a low mile TT engine to transplant into your NA and work up from there. You are only getting 3 months parts only warranty on this engine, milage is unknown and at the end of the day it's an NA engine so further increase on the BHP is VERY limited.

Same thoughts then as I had just wanted another opinion, does anyone know of anyone in the NE who would do a TT transplant anlong with the TT diff.

Cheers

Agreed i wouldnt touch that particular engine, just leave it.

Thats just a load of bollocks

In NA form it is limited but in turbo form its just as capable as a TT block to make power if your know what your doing.

There's NA-T's running more power than that.

Sorry my mistake. I always thought that NA engines in standard form with a turbo dropped on weren't up to making big power without spending silly amounts of money, so not cost affective. As I said earlier my mistake.
