Anybody using one of these?

I have an NA with standard airbox and Blitz filter, but i have an APR carbon rad plate that i really want to fit, however this will not go on with the standard air box so looking at getting the BMC.

Is the car going to suffer with one on?

Thanks.

I had a bmc cda on my vr6 corrado, very good pieces of kit and well made. Just buy the correct model and your laughing :)

Its always said that the original box is best but i can't see the cda being any worse, it'll depend on how you route the intake piping though, not sure there is room to run an 80mm tube into the bumper ducts etc

I would rather keep the standard airbox but there is no way of using the rad plate then. The BMC is as close to an enclosed filter as i can get really, shouldnt be too hard to route a cold air feed to it. I might just give it a go, if it doesnt work i can always change back.
