Hi Guys, New to the site and Im looking for a bit of direction.

Im having awful trouble with the electrics on my 95 RZ and its almost at the stage where I think I might have to get it all rewired...

Lights were all acting up and staying on etc when the car was off and stuff and last night it acted up again and have to pull in and even had a little fire in the engine bay !!!

So what I would like to know is there a garage in Ireland that actually know what theyre doing when it comes to Supras ??

Im based in Wexford myself....

Appreciate the help guys.

B

Aye, give Marty a ring, his number's on the website linked by Daz. I'm not sure whether electrics are their speciality though, you may need a car spark rather than a mechanic by the sounds of it, but I'm sure Marty will steer you in the right direction.

I am good Chris lol, Colins the wiring Genius though ;)

Yeah Drop me a PM, has the car a HID conversion by chance? we had a car recently from the south which also had an engine compartment fire due to a poorly fitted HID conversion by the owner :(

Sometimes a new engine bay wiring harness is the only way forward as too many "have a go heros" may have butchered it. I had to do this, as mine came with a "F1 spec" harness lol which was melting and starting to short.

Fitting a new (well s/h but mint) harness does take a few hours, but great peace of mind for you.
