you have a minimum speed cut (mines 15 mph from memory) so if you are under this yes the wheels will spin

 

good point. looks like i'll have to connect a laptop up and check out the settings. RLTC hasnt cut in for ages (although the diagnostic light shows all four sensors working fine) so either I am driving like a granny or the settings are not right.

definately worth checking, at 0% slip and 564hp getting the rear wheels spinning should be rather easy ;)
