However I've allready had a chat with the owner of the white car.

The white one

http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1399813.htm

The black one

http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1383015.htm

I am not really happy with how the engine bay is looking on the white car, however the exterior is stunning in my opinion. Both cars mileage? Black car looks like in good condition aswell -> I've both emailed them on pistonheads.co.uk

White car -> 122000 km

I would love to have some feedback from you guys :)

Thanks in advance,

Welcome and nice first post. (Maybe should be in the new members section) ;)

I would have to say that "The black one" :) would be my first choice as it is a known members car on here (supragirlie) and that it is an aerotop!! GZ TT bpu'd aerotop's are very very nice and this does look a great example and I may have been interested but it was above my budget and have since bought my Supe anyway.

I would look on here in the classifieds as there are many a good Supra for sale. If you have the budget the choice is yours on here I guess. Go back quite a way on the for sale threads as some may still be for sale, but in my opinion you could not go wrong with supragirlie's Black GZ Aerotop, and worth the asking price.

Good luck with your Supra hunt and Merry Christmas

I do like the black one. Just bear in mind that it does NOT have a stock front bumper so the active spoiler will definitely NOT be on the car.

Other major difference is that the black one has an AUTO box while the white one is Manual - that alone will count for the value of the car. Mind you, the black one is an Aero while the white isnt.

Both are good examples, the black one is a club car and seems to be presented well.

I am in London should you want to go and see the white one together.

EDIT - having a look at the white engine bay again, noticed that the car was originally silver. Not to mention, what a ridiculous rear...and horrible interior.

Regards

I could use some help (prepared myself, but you never know), it's ok if I email you about this?

I hope the black one is manual shifting?

off course it is okay if you e-mail me, the Supra is the third car i got from the uk...

and i did it all by myself, it isn't that easy.. you just need to find the right car for yourself thats most important offcourse.

at this moment there are really nice supra's for sale..

Guest SupraGTE

Blame the Germans why maybe most europe people are fed up with silver :) in he late 90's untill early 2000 i think VW , audi, mercedes, BMW and more got mega discount on silver colour, it was a day when i worked at VW / audi when i tought silver was the only colour option for the customer:)......BTW Whats your budget? i might now 2 LHD cars one in perfect mint condition black , but without engine, one complete this one is damn expensive i think as he put allot of money in it for 3 years doing all new and orginal

EDIT - Just seen the links of the cars that you have shortlisted and they are a mixed bag of all sorts of specifications; think you need to narrow down exactly what your MUST HAVE, NICE TO HAVE, NOT BOTHERED requirements are; not to mention a window of your budget and take it from there.

I pmmed you, narrowed the list down. Tomorrow going to look for the white one (if you have some time) at the same day trying to look for the black automatic one from our forum member (if hes going to reply)

Then monday I am going to look at JM-IMPORTS and then ill try to decide... Or ill buy one of the 4 options, or no Supra for me. I would like to have some prices, or at least a guideline!

we are closed on monday, but i can open up to show you the supra..(BUT CAR HAS NOT GOT ANY UK PLATES TILL FIRST WEEK IN JAN).

but the good thing about my stock is THERE IS LESS MILES on the cars, LESS travel to ferry to amsterdam (5 minutes)..

and also fresh import cars are really clean underchassis..

and all the cars will be freshly serviced..

so if your not in a rush (can wait tilo 2nd week jan) then you wont be dissapointed.

thanks

I would be quite happy to buy a car from Jurgen 'blind' ie pay him and he sends it down on a transporter. He does describe a car properly, so you won't have a wasted trip.

I am more or less in a rush, ill tell you why...

They will change the BPM from 40% to 27%. That's great you would say.

For example

Toyota Supra TT Black manual 11.000 pounds -> 12,198.40 EUR

Toyota Supra TT Black manual advert price 1994 -> 84000 approx

BPM 40% is around 1500 euro

After 1 Jan 2010

Toyota Supra TT Black manual 11.000 pounds -> 12,198.40 EUR

Toyota Supra TT Black manual advert price 1994 -> 84000 approx

BPM 27% is around 1150 euro

CO2 tax - Very very much

3x euro per g/km (CO2-grens > 270 g/km) 288

Question, what is the CO2 emission of a stock Toyota Supra? Cannot find it on the net
