I went to this last year and it was a great day, loads of people, cars and stuff going on. I'll def be there, we should try to get an indoor mkiv stand this year, I was on DAT-Internationals' last year, we won best indoor stand too!

We'd have to get on to booking the club banners for it too.

Hey John,

I sent you a text regarding this.. yes I think we should set up our own indoor MKIV Supra stand next year. so how do we go about booking this? of course, there can only be a limited number of cars per stand I suppose..

what are the rules?

Hey Preston, I get no phone network at the parents house so PM me if you need to.

I'd hold off just now untill after new year, gather some more interest first, but as for booking I'd have a look on the website for an email address and drop them a line, theres probably quite a few scottish members that would attend but we'll not need to confirm numbers yet, probably as many spaces as they'll give us 10 or so. If you cant find contact details I'll get them off Fraser of DAT. PM a mod about the club banners too, they'll make all the difference, I can't remember who handles it. If you want a hand organising this let me know, I'd be more than happy :)

Hi guys,

I didn't see anymore replies on who's going to take the lead in finding out about this event so I've done it.

If we are definitely agreeing to make this event, then I think we will have to do this fast.

I've received an email from the organisers attached with an application form that requires us to input our name and vehicle and registration with payment to guarantee a space either indoors (I'm still enquiring about this) or outdoors.

They will be closing the applications quite soon as the stands are getting filled up prior to the upcoming event.

Below reads the exact words extracted from the application form:

"All club car drivers will be charged £10 entry (payable in advance) all passengers will be charged £16 (payable in advance) Alternatively passengers can buy tickets in advance from http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk or by calling 0870 160 2844 (Ticketmaster charges apply) to pay by paypal simply send to [email protected]"

So are we still going?
