TonyP
No advisories. Mot and full service £190 Result. Now got 13 months Mot and the supra running like a dream. Not bad for a 16 year old car.

SimonT
That is very cheap for a full service!
Scott
That is very cheap for a full service! Yup hence my apprehensive question. My service pack alone costs more than that. What is the going rate for an MOT? £60? Leaves £130 for a service. My fluids, plugs and filter last year were £140 and change.
TonyP
Who serviced it for you? Hope the girl is getting the best of gear Congrats on the pass!! Just the local Bosche garage. She's not some highly strung high maintenance car like some of you drive. Just an unmolested n/a. She get whatever it says in the manual. simples That is very cheap for a full service! Gold service £165 Mot£25 (if you get it done with a service)

jackso11
I serviced my car myself thinking I would save a bit of money.....makes you realise that garages must get very cheap deals on oil, or use crap if you don't pay the price. I used quality everything and my service cost me around £200 (didn't charge myself labour of course )
pistonbroke
I buy all the parts and oil, then take it to a garage for them to do. Like others have said, £200 on parts alone is the norm for me. The only reason I take it to the garage is for the stamp in the book. Have to keep the FSH for the past 14 years
Guest DJ90
Congrats on pass (us N/As must stick together) just done mine cost £29.99. But to be fair only did 2700 miles in the last year and my son does my service (he is a Mechanic) and yes Gararges do get a very good deal on parts and oil about half the price we would pay.
