Getting the horn

Or rather getting to the horn.

My horn has quit working. Don't think it's the fuse, since the hazards still work, and besides it failed progressively, with just one side of the horn working, then none. My question is can you just pull off the steering wheel central cover? I have an airbag, so am very wary of yanking anything I shouldn't! Does it just pivot up?

Cheers

Not sure re. the airbag one, but I know that the non-airbag wheel centre is secured by a screw which is got at via a hole on the rear of the downward pointing leg of the wheel. (As viewed when the wheel is centred...if that makes any sense to you at all!)
