Do they really work?

Spent a few hours yesterday cleaning and rewaxing to help protect the paint during the harsh weather but the youtube vids attached to this nanolex stuff looks interesting..

From what im reading there it looks like once you have sealed it with this stuff it requires minimal upkeep.. What it looks like is that its acting in the same way a wax does.

Anyone tried this stuff ? im tempted :)

Watch the youbtube video on the page about the "lotus" stuff.. the water in the petri dish is just floating around..

Chances are if I bought it and did seal the cars paint id just be stood there pouring water over it saying "oooo" lol

Well maybe for the first 5 mins.. till I get bored :p

i have 2 super gaurd packs thats the same sort of stuff right

usually includes inside and outside treatments. Its ok, but there are better out there. Its the stuff dealers buy in for £60 and charge £300+ to apply to a car, poorly as well from previous efforts I have seen!

Key to getting any of these Nano sealants to work to their best is preperation although there are a few that can be applied to a wet car with a wash mitt directly after washing.

Such as this one:

Well worth a look, you mix the little bottle with water, spray on the panel and wipe off, that simple.

We used to use something called polylack (or soemthing like that) in Japan before we sent the cars over to the UK auctions. Generally we used to mop them first then finish off with polylack the finish was incredible.. I have been looking for something similar for years but cannot seem to find anything quite as good.. maybe worth trying this stuff.
