grandiaerbest
I have always dreamed of owning a TRD Supra, and this one seems to have some great mods, and also seems cheap if you consider all the mods. I was wondering what you guys think of the mods? or if someone knows the car? http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1373048.htm Thanks in advance
Scott
Pretty sure there have been a few threads about that car. It has been rebuilt more times than Chers face IIRC. I'm sure there will be a few informed responses along in a bit. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with this car but there have been a few threads asking questions about that car. Geo
Is that thing even possible to drive to your local shops to pick up some milk and bread?? I would have though with a 1000bhp, it would be for a track/drag car only?? looks like alot of work has gone into though.

You are going to drive your car off boost to go down south. How much power do you reckon you will have on tap pre-turbo? If you remember that the accelerator is a range pedal and not a switch you can drive any car to the shops depending on the fuel map & timing. Some of them run like dogs (I don't know the exact reasons why) but they can be made to run like stock on road fuel regardless of power. Not sure if my car is being done on the side or not. I'm giving him a call tomorrow as he said he MIGHT get it done today. Hopefully the cost will reflect the wait
SimonT
Am i being thick but where does it say it has 1000bhp?? You would think it would have 709 with that number plate!!

Matt H
I always wanted this car, but 3 years ago, RSE told me they would never sell it. Best looking engine bay in a supra ever!

Scott
Ahh yes it was you that raised the question previously. That is where I read about it being unfinished for years, something that sounds a bit strange.

hoff
I'll dig out the feature from JP or Banzai from a few months ago. IIRC it mentioned something about the final touches being required in that. I never saw your thread sorry dude or I would have put something in that. Though TBH I prefer yours anyway:)
Chiefgroover
Fine car with a lot of good work done on it. Not sure about the spec for a road car though.... HKS 2mm h.g. with 272 cams, that ought to be exciting before 4500rpm lol.

grandiaerbest
I appreciate all the help. Thanks So Jurgen bought the car, guess i will just have to keep looking then. I saw the thread where Uk-rich was considering selling his car, i may just have to call him and ask about the car. So jurgen if i may ask, was the customer a member on here? Scott
You won't find a better condition car than Rich's. Honestly. You might need to beat Mark R though
hoff
I thought of Rich's car too as an alternative . Probably a better car all round. Certainly one of the best kept and has a great engine spec too.
