Lbm
Just drive on roads without speed cameras and the jerkyness should go immediately. Moved to chat I think. Not so sure this is technical, more etherial.
SupraStar 3000
Jerking, Yep us Suprastars do that a lot. Auto or manual?

Animal
Ah, but I don't think you're ever one to hesitate, Ed. You could start drinking Lemsips - it won't cure the jerking, but it apparently makes it much more enjoyable.

Lbm
Is this going to be another lateral thread? Who knows? Could you furnish the Op with a sensible answer, because I'm not so sure I can?

Lbm
Hows that? I mean...what is the answer to thje OP's situation? I think he'd like a solution and to keep the thread from going (as you say) laterally, I invite you to do the right thing - and give him one. I thought that was a fair question:eyebrows: However, it would help if we knew if it was auto or manual as already asked, but also if its an N/A or TT. From his comment that he needs to constantly adjust the throttle to keep the car at 30mph, i would say its a TPS or fuelling problem. Jerking while driving is probably quite dangerous. I'd restrict these activities to public transport, or preferably your own home.

Smells a bit like a wind-up in the sense that he implies it only happens due to cameras having an effect on his car.
Animal
It could be that the throttle has a digital interface. Perhaps someone with an analogue one could try driving the car?
