Jurgen-Jm-Imports
Why don't they want mine? your ad is great, but i think most of your buyers will be non english speakers.. so your ad is a little too much ?? for them perhaps ? btw i think your ad is great
DSK
I get occasional email from an european whose seen my car on the forum to ask if its for sale. Mine stock except wheels (got originals refurbed) and BPU (being done). Have no intention of b@stardising it with body parts etc though. michael
It does make me wonder how many UKs are left in the UK sometimes though, taking into account the crashes and the exports do you think there are still over 500?
ellis
It does make me wonder how many UKs are left in the UK sometimes though, taking into account the crashes and the exports do you think there are still over 500? I'd say far less - only 623 sold in the first place from 93 - 96. I reckon allowing for crashes and overseas sales there's probably about 350 - 400 left alive in the UK. The Raven
Its a shame to see them leave to overseas. Then get uk buyers to stump up the cash. I sold mine totaly stock from head to toe early this year to a lad from france. That said i do miss it:(
DSK
I think with the number of Jspec's easily available many people happily opt for them, usually getting youngers cars for the money etc. I will guess that many will not know the differences between the Jspec & UK spec cars so as a result they may see UK spec cars to be overpriced in their eyes etc.
Guest UKSoop
The uk Models do not need certain import / modifications needed to import into say France - hence it's a double whammy. The end of the day - everyone knows UK's are the model to have...
