L33 Posted November 14, 2009 Share Posted November 14, 2009 when the car is locked at the alarm is set, no pattern in time but randomly the aftermarket gauges light up? there is a cable from the alarm that is sending 12v back guessing from the built in battery back up which is causing this. for now a switch is being fitted to this cable so when the car is turned off, the switch can be flicked so the 12v cant come back through but the alarm ect still all works ok now all charged up. just wondered if there is a reboot thing i have to do bearing in mind its ben sat over 12months! cheers Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
