The time has come.. Community help wanted

Hi everyone.

As some of you know ive been looking at buying a Supra for a while now, im currently serving in afghanistan and have been able to save a healthy deposit and by the time im home for R&R il be able to buy.

I need the communities help because i havnt quite got the internet time to do some final scouting about (afghanistan does that to ya) I was hoping you would all be able to help me look, spot the good ones and post them on this forum. Or if you are selling up yourself, tell me about it. traders welcome too (possible import job?)

I have about 10k to spend. i will have more but will only go more if the car warrents it. up to 5k deposit is available now.

I want something special!!! It needs to be in MINT condition with low miles, a twin turbo, manual 6 speed only!

when i say i want something special i mean something which has been highly tuned so that i only have to do a few things to make it my own. ie 500-600 hp (if possible) i would like the car to have a full body kit.

Everyones help would be very welcome, advice too! For the person who finds me the car i buy i will send a crate of beer of thier choice as a thank you.

Not sure you will find what you are looking for with that budget - maybe a good example to use as a base though.

For example (and as already mentioned) Paul Whiffin has a single turbo for sale here which is some £4k over. Who knows though, maybe Jurgen can work some magic for you, but it'll take time.

Whatever happens, you should end up with a very decent car for that money - good luck

i like that white one Andy, id snap that up if i knew more about it. link didnt work, must be the operating system on my archos that im using. i do like that car tho, looks like it ticks a fair few boxes.

Jurgen will source and purchase what ever speck car you want depending on your budget mate. As Importers go he is second to none as he has a man in the field so to speak and can get eyes on the car in Japan.

Paul is another good trader and has a good reputation.

The exchange rate is in the toilet atm and will restrict what you can afford to import.

You'll get a very nice stock one for that money (mint condition, low miles, manual, etc.), but any single turbo for that money will be a dog IMO.

What are you driving currently? A BPU Supra will certainly beat most things on the road.

It's never happened yet mate, to my knowledge. Jurgen has built up a solid rep. over nearly 9 years.

He has built the business into the North East's premier specialist car import shop. He'll also undertake extra work for you too. Wheels, leather trim and numerous other services.

We can definatly meet up when i get mine, as you know the roads round my way are nice. a big meet up round there could be good.

jazzy, id like to spend around 10k but as i said i would pay more if the car warrented it, would have to wait a bit for the cash to keep building tho
