urgent help required!! (Can't remove boot rubbers - haven't done a search)

There is a write up kicking around on here somewhere,

but one of the best ways is to cut as much of the rubber away fully exposing the screws, and then get yourself a micro butane torch and heat up the screws until the locking compound that Toyota use melts,

Just be careful not to overdo it and burn the paint, you can use a damp cloth over the paintwork to stop any scorching.

On my first 2 supras I ended up having to drill them out, so when it came to changing the ones on my new supe a few weeks back i went out the armed to the teeth with tools fully expecting a few hours of grief nightmare. But they came out with out a problem and i had them changed in minutes, i guess some are easier than others....
