today i mesured my wheelbase from the centre of my front hub to the centre of my rear hub both sides and i found that my drivers side is 6mm closer together than my passinger side>

could this be worn mounts of bushed causing this or should i be looking at chassis/subframe faults?

the car dose not ride or handle incorectly but as the car was stripped i thaught i would go around it with a tape to make sure alls how it should be but this has concerned me.

i have just removed the wheels again and raised the car off the ground, upon mesuring it today the both sides are within a mm of eachother

yestaday the car was on the ground with the wheels on when i mesured it up and i mesured a few times and ther was deffo a 6mm difference,

why would it be perfect when the cars raised and the wheels are off and out with the wheels on , ther is no play in any of the bushes and the angles on the wishbones are the same both sides.

the only thing i notice is the drivers side is a bit lower could a sagging spring or shot damper be the reason for the shorter one side??
