No dont seem to be one on other side, So its not really needed then ?

 

well they do prevent your headlights from steaming up, well when you have the full working unit anyway as Toyota tried to address the problem of "steaming headlights" in 1995 afaik.

looking at it I can't see any fixing screw holes so I'd guess the rest of it is probably still screwed to the car get in there and have a good look.

 

As you have the cable you have a radious that it can be inlocated in.

 

What was it plugged into, got a picture?

I will try and get some more pics up.

 

is it the active front spoiler manual button relay thingamybob?

 

It could well be as I did used to have active spoiler.
