Hey Guys + Girls,

New to this really looking at buying a supra, am based in north wales and slightly disabled, my current car has a tripple plated clutch and i manage ok, but am wondering is there much diffrence in manual n auto??and whats standerd bhp for a tt and a N/A?? im looking at spending 3k what would i get for my money?? sorry if this is a repeated message off newbis, but i couldnt find much on the search.

£3k isn't gonna get you a lot bud. :(

 

The only clutch I've heard of that performs with the same feel as standard is a Centreforce unit.

 

The auto is a great box and would suit your disability fine, but the unit above would be my choice as you can handle a triple.

 

Up to you mate. Try the autos. See what you think. Be prepared to up the budget by 2k though.

5k for what ?auto or manua?l, for 3k id expect a dog tbh as i want a project car nothing that has been played with to much at all, i have my own bodyshop so thats not a problem

£3k will get you a decnt n/a circa 22bhp and nothing a standard clutch wont handle and will be easy on the leg to operate.

You may find a rough TT auto for £3k if your lucky. Standard TT 330bhp and with bpu just under 400 bhp and much more fun.

The auto TT box is a nice unit and quite smooth.
