my boot had been chirping away like a bird for a few months so eventually went to Mr T and bought 4 new bootlid cusions (TOP AND BOTTOM) for a staggering £16, however when i went to remove the old rubbers on the bottom the screw heads snapped off leaving me with two stumps with about 1mm protruding:( has anyone got any idea of how i can remove these irritating and offending items? thanks all

This happen to my car, soak the remaining bit of bolts in wd40 then use a pair of monkey grips and slowly undo put a bit of rag around the area so you don't hit the paint work if you cant get a grip of the bolt .Small grinder cut the bolt off nice and flat use a center punch and make a dent in the center and drill it out then you need to tap and dye a new thread good luck and take your time
